Born and bred in Toowoomba with a background in Music.

After finishing school with an active interest in music, I started my career retailing and playing musical instruments.  My real passion was for keyboards with this was, a natural progression into playing keyboards.   This I did with bands, in and around Toowoomba, for several years.   

At the same time I have always had an interest in finance, as well as music, and was constantly sought after by my family and friends to help them with their finance needs.  Helping them with their banks questions, and the information that their bank required.  In fact, even though I was not qualified, I discussed with them what their goals were for their loans and purchases.  Then helped them to get set up with right loan, on some occasions even visiting the bank with them.

It was 10 years ago that I decided to respond to an advertisement, for a position at Toowoomba Home Loans as a Finance Consultant.  Even though at that time I had no formal qualifications, I was accepted and have not looked back.  In fact for the last 4 years I have been listed in the Top 100 Mortgage Professionals in Australia, which I consider a real achievement.

Now, recognizing my real talent was in finance more than music Toowoomba Home Loans is the place I call my work home.   I still dabble in music, playing occasionally in local bands.

Being local from birth with a sound knowledge of Toowoomba and personal experience in buying and selling properties, I feel has given me the edge, and enabled me to help my clients with their own requirements.

The thing I enjoy most about my role as a Consultant at Toowoomba Home Loans is the ability to strive to achieve the most appropriate loan structure, for my clients,  to accommodate their personal changing needs and in doing so minimize bank fees and charges within their structure.
